Job Description
As an Academic Trainer at LearningSetu, you will be responsible for delivering effective academic instruction, preparing learning materials, guiding students through difficult concepts, and supporting the development of educational content. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging academic training sessions for students.
- Explain subject concepts in a simple, clear, and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, assignments, and practice tests.
- Develop and review academic content for the LearningSetu platform.
- Identify students’ learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support online and offline learning activities, as required.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with relevant curricula, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Passs or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the chosen subject.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital learning tools.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a student-focused approach.
Preferred: Teaching, tutoring, academic content development, or online training experience. Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
